Sportshall Athletics Year 5 and 6

On Tuesday, (24th January 2018) our Year 5/6 team qualified for the finals of the Sports Hall Athletics. It was a close call between SJS and St Anthony’s with 6 points separating the two schools, but it was SJS who came out on top after an outstanding evening of athletics at Our Lady & St John. Thank you to their parents for their support on the night and to Mr Baker and Miss Shakespeare for managing and coaching them. Finals night is on Tuesday 30th January at St Wilfreds High School, 4pm-6pm. Team: Callum Gouldthorpe, Eli Farrington, Dylan Simpson, Damon Freeman, Kamil Lewandowski, David Bowlin, Harvey Cox, Zak Linley, Kenzie Halshaw, Bryoni Monk, Teeg’N Watkins, Amber Faller, Jayda Orange, Libby Lancaster, Kaydi Halshaw, Natalia Pulka, Megan Whaite & Aimy Davenport.
