Sometimes when we worry or feel stressed it can help us to remember what is really important to us and to understand how important our health, well-being and family members are.

 

Have a go at the pyramid of priorities activity. Once you have sorted the priorities on the sheet, add on anything else that is important to you that you think should be on. When you have finished, discuss it with an adult and see if they would say the same.
