This week we are thinking about the food we put into our bodies.


Activity 1- Look at the powerpoint - Food Group presentation. Then match up the different foods to the correct food groups. You could make a chart and match them up in your book. 


Activity 2- Make a food diary


Activity 3- Using your food diary- complete the task on the food group activity.


Activity 4- Make a healthy meal with your family. You could make a balanced meal for dinner or lunch. You could invent a healthy smoothie to help you get some of your 5 a day.
