The Hive

For Year 5 and Year 6 Pupils

Our Hive follows the National Curriculum but is bespoke in order to meet their educational and emotional needs - please refer to the Curriculum Overview.

Pupils who access The Hive have an IEP and/or an EHCP

(or an application is in progress?) 

In English and Maths, lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs of the pupils based on their EHCP or IEP targets. Advice from professionals working alongside these children, is also followed and incorporated into their plans.

All Foundation Subjects follow the same curriculum map and topics as their year group, although the lessons may be more practical in nature but adapted for a level they can access.
