    Connect - Spend time with family and friends. Enjoy doing things together and talking to each other.

    Try:

    • With family – share your day and ask about theirs
    • Ask an adult about their job or their favourite thing to do when they were younger was, pay attention and listen when they tell you
    • Call a friend and ask them how they are! we can all feel lonely when we are stuck at home
    • Have a technology-free hour! Don’t use your phone, tablet or TV for an hour
    • Ask your parents or carer about their childhood
    • Write a letter or send a postcard to someone
    • Smile at a person on the street and say hello
    • Share a random or inspirational photo with your friends
