Be active

Be active -  It keeps you physically healthy, and makes you feel good.

 

Try:

  • Play your favourite song and dance to it
  • Stretch and move your arms and legs in the morning, midday and evening
  • Do some gardening
  • Make bread – it’s hard work!
  • Climb a tree
  • Try out a new youtube exercise class like yoga or Zumba.
