Breathing Techniques 

It is helpful to know a variety of breathing techniques to be used at any time - from feelings of anger, anxiety, panic, worry, etc. Below are some that we teach and use in school. 

5 Star ‘Calm down’ breathing exercise

- Start with breathing in, then hold for a second, then out, then in, hold for second and so on.
